Where we ship
We currently ship to Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom, New Zealand, Canada, and most of Europe and Asia-Pacific. If your country isn't available at checkout, email us at nuvaressa.store@gmail.com and we'll see what we can do.
Processing & delivery times
- Order processing: 1–3 business days.
- Australia: typically 5–10 business days after dispatch.
- United States, United Kingdom, New Zealand, Canada: typically 7–15 business days after dispatch.
- Rest of world: typically 10–20 business days after dispatch.
Delivery estimates are indicative and can vary with carrier volumes, customs processing, and peak periods.
Tracking
Every order includes tracking. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 7 days, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.
Customs, duties & taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes levied by your country. These charges, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected by Nuvaressa.
Lost or stuck parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email nuvaressa.store@gmail.com with your order number. If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we'll send a free replacement or refund you in full — your choice.
